Terms of Sales
The parties to this agreement are DesignVault 3D (Seller) and the user purchasing digital content via the platform (Buyer). The subject is the sale of digital products selected by the Buyer.
Digital Deliveries
Following payment confirmation, digital products are sent as download links to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer through an automated system. Performance is deemed complete upon transmission. Due to the nature of digital content, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed for delivered orders unless there is a software or file-based technical defect. In cases of technical issues, the Seller agrees to repair the file or provide a new transmission. For detailed terms, please review our Distance Sales Agreement page.
Withdrawal Excp
Pursuant to the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts regarding services performed instantly in electronic media and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
